WELCOME TO PROJECT ONE.
This is project one. Our first of many projects. A huge undertaking...Yes! But I have never met a group of more passionate men and women than the American Outdoorsmen. By joining together in a crowd sourcing manner, we will be able to tackle this project together and not only own this land communally but also many additional hunting, fishing, and camping opportunities for uninhibited public use by the American Hunters and Anglers. Project One encompasses 6,400 acres that we would like to purchase and turn back into public use for hunting, fishing, and camping. The price tag on this property is $4,900,000 or $765 an acre. A $5 donation by just 3% of the licensed Hunters and Anglers in America would be more than enough to purchase this property, immediately. Is your way of life worth $5?
The Wildlife
This ranch provides opportunities for the public to hunt Whitetail, Mule Deer, Aoudad, Rio Grande Turkey, Dove, Quail, Wild Boar, Bobcat, and Mountain Lions. This property by itself would add an abundance of new hunting, fishing, and recreational opportunities to the American Outdoorsmen and women.
Fishing
With 5 miles of Pecos River frontage, anglers will take pleasure in the ability to have access to some of the finest fishing in the state for channel catfish, longear sunfish, bluegil, largemouth bass, and rio grande cichlids. Apart from the fishing, you will be able to enjoy some of the most breathtaking views you've ever seen while kayaking down the river on this historic piece of wild Texas landscape.
